1. Retail prices include 19 percent VAT, 7 percent on foods and books, except beverages.

Within the EU VAT-free delivery is possible provided that a valid VAT-ID is supplied. Please note the following important conditions:
• For commercial foreign EU customers their valid VAT-ID is definitely required!
• If the goods are shipped by a forwarder commissioned by JL Handels-GmbH your valid VAT-ID will be sufficient.
• If the goods aren't shipped by JL Handels-GmbH but picked up by a third-party forwarder we are obligated by the German fiscal authority to quote the VAT amount. We then need to verify that the goods were in fact exported abroad.This means we must check the forwarder for his particulars. For clearance a notification should be given by the ordering foreign company stating the forwarder's identity and the destination of the goods. We are sorry, but no VAT refund can be made unless this information is submitted.

2. Payments must be made in advance, EURO only.
3. Information on prices given verbally is subject to written confirmation.
4. Within Germany and/or from EURO-countries bank account money transfer is possible; see our bank account details.

There isn't a shopping cart on our homepage, so orders can be made by fax or e-mail. After sending your order don't send money! Prices do not include shipping. You'll receive a confirmation stating the total amount including the freight charge.
Within Germany goods can only be delivered with a maximum weight of 30 kg. Our freight charges are:

Goods exceeding 30 kg of weight and/or bulky goods require delivery on a pallet. Pallet tariff within Germany:

24-hours-delivery for standard pallets, all rates plus 30,00 EURO

Please note: Shipping beergarden sets (1 table, 2 benches, each 220 cm length) is very expensive! We recommend picking them up at our warehouse or send your own forwarder.

JL Handels GmbH does not deliver the goods itself. Customers are notified by our company. However, delivery dates can only be given subject to changes and they cannot be given down to an exact time. It is therefore absolutely necessary that customers give their mail address, telephone or fax number!

Usually deliveries are effected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Don't forget to state your (delivery) address! Customers must pay the charge if the goods cannot be delivered.

These items cannot be shipped: goods to be kept cool or frozen, fresh fruits and vegetables, camping gas cartridges. Problems may occur regarding the shipping of beer garden sets, long and non-folding sun loungers, big-size umbrellas etc. We also reserve the right to choose the most convenient way of shipping. In these cases customers will be notified.

In Europe goods are shipped according to forwarders' and parcel services' current rates. Customers in non-EURO countries be reminded that they must pay toll in most cases.
